- Granted to Grade 12 graduates (School Year 2023-2024) who are not MSD scholar but from MUNTINLUPA PUBLIC SCHOOLS and are resident of Muntinlupa City.
- Must be accepted or enrolled as 1st Year College in an academic institution within Luzon for S.Y. 2024-2025.

- Proof of Enrollment: Registration Form or Certificate of Enrollment or Matriculation (must indicate the name of the student, year level, list of subjects enrolled and units, 1st Semester School Year 2024-2025;
- Copy of Grade 12 report card (front and back) or Grade 12 Diploma S.Y. 2023-2024;
- Copy of Muntinlupa Care Card or receipt with care card number of the student;
- School ID S.Y. 2024-2025 or any valid ID
